The villa is located in the beautiful bay of Žrnovska Banja, just 2 km from the town of Korčula and only 40 meters from the sea and the beach.
Set on a large, beautifully landscaped estate, the villa offers complete privacy and an intimate atmosphere. Guests can relax by the spacious swimming pool or enjoy time in the gazebo, equipped with a large grill.
With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, the villa features three bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, while one features a king-size bed. All rooms include a wardrobe, private safe, and air conditioning. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the master bedroom also includes a bathtub.
The living room offers a large TV and a comfortable space for socializing. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee maker, ice maker, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The expansive garden and grounds, covering over 4,000 m², ensure peace, privacy, and plenty of space for each guest. The large swimming pool behind the house is ideal for relaxation and sunbathing, while other areas of the garden provide shade and quiet corners for reading and unwinding.
