Cukarin
Cukarin is one of the most famous brands of the Korčula island. The speciality of this pastry shop/store in the centre of Korčula are the cakes that have become known all over the world: cukarin, klašun, amareta, as well as “bruštulani mindeli” all made according to old Korčula recipes, which were later joined by Marko Polo bombica and harubica.
